Who We Are

Data You Provide

We process account information such as email and display name, profile settings, workouts, programs, body metrics, recovery entries, pain logs, sharing choices, feedback, and uploaded progress media when you choose to provide them.

Sensitive Fitness Data Consent

Fitness, body measurement, recovery, and pain tracking data may be treated as sensitive or health-related in some countries. During signup, you give explicit consent for MuscleTracker to process the fitness data that you choose to enter so the app can provide logging, progress, pain tracking, and sharing features.

You may withdraw consent by deleting your account or contacting us. If you withdraw consent for fitness data processing, core workout tracking features may no longer work.

How Data Is Used

Data is used to run your account, show your dashboard, calculate progress, maintain settings, support friend sharing permissions, and provide account support. Health and pain notes are not sent to analytics.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate the app:

• Supabase - database and authentication (West EU, Ireland, AWS eu-west-1)
• Resend - transactional email (verification, password reset)
• Vercel - hosting and deployment
• Cloudflare - DNS

We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising networks, tracking pixels, or analytics services.

Sharing

You control friend and coach sharing from the app. Accepted connections only see categories that your current sharing permissions allow.

Your Choices

You can update profile details, change sharing permissions, export available data, and request account deletion from settings. For privacy questions, contact hello@muscletracker.app.
